2.Sewing-up rates, temperature, operations and display are automatically and intelligently controlled by micro-computer and programmed anytime according to the consumer needs.
3.Both the front length and the tail length of the tape can be intelligently adjusted by the computer according to the requirements when tape sewing-up is underway.
4.The sewing up of the tape tail can be finished either automatically or manually.
5.When the working temperature is set, PLC is under the automatic control, the temperature fluctuation is allowed within ±1oC, there is an alarming device for the ceiling limit for safe and longer use of the fuse.
6.In design, the exterior heating pipe is cooled by air for less possibility of burning workers and prolonging the lifecycle.
7.In design, the tape is loosened, conveyed and cut automatically by the motor for much less consumption of tape tail section and high quality of the products.
